• Major Issue: Education remains one of the most powerful tools for social and economic mobility. However, nearly one-fourth of students drop out due to financial constraints, limiting their opportunities for higher education and career growth.
• Target Beneficiaries: This initiative focuses on supporting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who have successfully completed their 10th or 12th-grade education but face challenges in pursuing higher studies or skill-based training.
• Key Offerings:
  • Scholarships for higher education and skill development courses.
  • Workshops on career planning, resume building, interview preparation, and skill development.
  • One-on-one mentorship programs connecting students with industry professionals and academic advisors.
  • To ensure continued academic commitment and progress, scholarship recipients will undergo a quarterly review.
